Rosemary Beach

Welcome to Rosemary Beach

Rosemary Beach is a stunning seaside town with every amenity and activity people need for a fulfilling, active life.
Rosemary Beach is equipped with everything you could need. Boardwalks connect neighborhoods, the town center, and other popular spots, making the town walkable or bikeable. Unique boutiques, restaurants, sports courts, and public areas dot the roads, inviting people to come out in the beautiful Florida weather.
Sandy beaches line the Gulf of Mexico, perfect for laying out or taking a kayak out on the water. Homes are spacious and traditional with eye-catching architectural details without looking overly ornate. Most designs follow European colonial architecture — look for elevated masonry, a signature feature that props up certain homes’ outdoor spaces. The giant wraparound porches on many of them highlight the town’s Southern roots.

Local Lifestyle

Life in Rosemary Beach is easy and laidback. The friendly community has plenty of second homes and vacation rentals, so people are happy to be here. The area is the epitome of beach life: relaxed and casual, but open to new experiences, whether that be a new activity or a new restaurant.

Dining, Entertainment & Shopping

Rosemary Beach is a charming and quiet beach town, but it offers multiple unique dining experiences. Pescado is a seafood restaurant with a creative menu, and its location on a rooftop south of 30A give way to prime views of the Gulf. Paradis serves fresh seasonal ingredients, including seafood, along with prime steaks and fine wines. The venue welcomes wedding receptions and other celebrations. Also on 30A, Gallions offers bold and sophisticated spirits, upscale coastal cuisine, and a striking interior in hopes of becoming one of your Rosemary Beach staples.

The Havana Beach Bar and Grill is known for its burgers, tacos, and delicious cocktails. For an early-morning pick-me-up, stop by Amavida Coffee for a pastry and your favorite flavored latte.

The town also has a variety of unique shops, including Bamboo Bicycle Company and Hidden Lantern Bookstore. A few hours in the town center can easily result in a lot of shopping bags to carry home.

Things to Do

It’s easy to maintain an active lifestyle in Rosemary Beach. Spend a day on the courts at the Rosemary Beach Racquet Club, swimming in one of the four community pools, or take to the Gulf for a variety of watersports. When you need a break, the Spa Pearl offers amazing massages to soothe tired muscles.
The town is also home to numerous events, from weekly farmers’ markets to festivals, the seasonal holiday market, and marathons or 5Ks for the joggers in the area.
