Quiroga is not only a licensed real estate agent at Corcoran Reverie based in Seagrove Beach, Florida, but is now also a licensed real estate agent with Corcoran Ferester Realty based north of Houston, Texas in The Woodlands. Corcoran Ferester Realty is one of Corcoran Group LLC’s newest affiliates, launched in December 2021, and the firm’s first affiliate in Texas.

Quiroga has been a licensed real estate agent for more than twenty years and is experienced in both the Florida and Texas markets. Known as “Brenda Q” by most and the “Florida agent” by her clients in Texas, she has worked in all facets of real estate including new home sales, resale homes, rentals, relocation, acreage property, and investment property. As a consistently top-producing agent in the Houston market, Quiroga has received numerous awards and certifications throughout her career and was honored with an induction into her previous brokerage’s Hall of Fame.
